Companies may run on processes and technology, but it is people that have to deal with the problems they face. We believe that if we serve the people of the companies we assist well they are more likely to have quality relationships with their families. When this happens, the family thrives and therefore their communities excel and become a light to the rest of the world. BridgeRM

Executive Leadership

BridgeRM was started in 2008 by Tracy and Sheri Yates specifically to address the enterprise risk management needs of industry with Big 4 public accounting and consulting quality at an affordable price. Both Tracy and Sheri are CPAs with extensive experience as financial statement auditors and risk management professionals with Arthur Andersen. Both owners also have extensive bank, mortgage bank, financial preparation and management, enterprise risk management, and internal audit experience.

Sheri served as a process improvement and profitability expert in industry after public accounting and Tracy served in a senior management capacity in mortgage servicing and then in a large successful commercial bank. They work together to develop and execute strategy for BridgeRM. Both are involved in the day-to-day support of clients. BridgeRM has long-term successful relationships with many of the clients it serves as well as key industry partners including public accounting firms and other industry consulting firms.

Core Competency

BridgeRM’s core competency is truly in helping organizations bridge the gap between strategy and execution. We have refined a system over time for thinking through risks that could stop or slow strategy and for addressing those risks. We are great at designing governance, systems, and processes to help with execution. Our team has the unique ability to break down complex systems – including regulatory requirements – into manageable components either for evaluation or for development. We do really good analytical work and use that skill to present issues or opportunities for improvement in a logical and concise manner. We have really great people. We protect our culture like our lives depend on it because it does!
